Construction Project Manager

McCulloh Consulting is hiring for a Construction Project Manager opportunity in the Seattle, WA area. This role is ideal for a commercial construction professional who can lead projects from start to finish, manage schedules and budgets, coordinate subcontractors, communicate with clients, and keep project teams on track. We are looking for someone who is organized, steady under pressure, comfortable leading meetings, and able to solve problems before they impact cost, schedule, quality, or safety.

What You Will Do:

• Manage commercial construction projects from planning through closeout
• Serve as a main point of contact for clients, architects, subcontractors, vendors, field crews, and internal project teams
• Read and interpret blueprints, structural drawings, plan sets, and project documents
• Build and maintain project schedules and budgets
• Estimate construction management and self-perform work items
• Review, negotiate, and coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors
• Prepare project proposals, clarifications, alternates, and value engineering options
• Support owner contract negotiations with senior project leadership
• Review and process subcontracts, subcontractor change orders, RFIs, submittals, change proposals, and owner change orders
• Lead onsite meetings and prepare clear project meeting minutes
• Identify project risks, field issues, delays, cost impacts, and safety concerns early
• Prepare client billings, review subcontractor payments, and submit cost projections
• Support quality control, punch list, and project closeout
• Supervise, train, assign work, and support Project Engineers

Work Environment:
This is an on-site role based in Seattle, WA. The position includes regular interaction with office teams, clients, subcontractors, and active construction jobsites. The role may require sitting, standing, walking, climbing stairs, visiting active jobsites, and occasionally lifting or moving up to 25 pounds.
