Construction Project Manager

Innate is looking for a Construction Project Manager to lead residential remodel and new construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. You'll be the driving force behind every project — managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships. Our design-build model means you won't be chasing change orders or navigating miscommunication between architects and builders. At Innate, design and construction work as one team, and you'll be at the center of it all.

• Manage all phases of residential construction projects end-to-end
• Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and scopes of work
• Hire, schedule, and oversee subcontractors and field crews
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project
• Coordinate material selections, procurement, and deliveries
• Manage permitting, inspections, and regulatory compliance
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality, safety, and schedule adherence
• Collaborate with the design team to resolve field conditions and value-engineer solutions

• 5+ years of residential construction project management experience
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or equivalent field experience
• Proficiency in project management and scheduling software
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings
• Strong budget management and cost control skills
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills
• Knowledge of local building codes and permitting processes
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
