Nscale is seeking a hands‑on Manager, Preconstruction to lead cost, schedule, risk and constructability analyses for a portfolio of hyperscale data center projects across North America.
You will guide the team, develop workflows, and drive process consistency while partnering with Commercial, Site Selection, Design/Engineering, Construction, Energy, Procurement, Project Controls and Finance to ensure optimal capital deployment and revenue realization.
