Construction Deck Coater

Working in the marine or waterproofing industry? Have experience working with elastomeric, urathane and other construction coatings? Are you looking for a new opportunity for growth and development? We are looking for a motivated individual to fill an experienced deck coater position.

As a deck coater you will be responsible for preparing and finishing various coatings. You will be a part of the coating team and work with other coaters to ensure the work meets specifications. Our goal is to provide a structured career path for your growth and development. You will begin by working with an existing coating team with the goal of eventually running your own coating projects.

We specialize in residential and commercial remodels/new construction and pride ourselves on our dedication to craftsmanship and fostering a team-oriented environment. • At least 6 months experience with water proof deck systems
• Experience with caulking, carpentry
• Knowledge of urethane, pacific polymer and acrylic coatings
• Knowledge of Gaco products and their application
• Buildertrend experience is a plus

• $25-40 per hour DOE
• 2 weeks of PTO
• 100% covered medical, 401K with employer match

• Start Time: 6:00am-9:00am depending on project
• End Time: 3:00pm-6:00pm depending on project
