Overview
STS Construction Services has full-time career opportunities for a General Laborer. Work alongside and learn from experienced tradespeople with opportunities for growth within the company. We specialize in remodel/new construction for residential and commercial properties with contracts forecasted over the next 3–5 years.
What We Offer- Pay Rate: $22 - $30/hour DOE
- 2 weeks of PTO

- Clean up worksites from hazardous or obsolete materials
- Assist various tradesmen with their projects
- Handle and transport materials, cement, debris, and equipment
- Follow instructions from supervisors to perform manual labor tasks
- Put up signs (signposts, cones)
- Set up and transfer temporary structures (scaffolding)
- Report issues with equipment or unsafe conditions
- Recent experience in a physical role with a high-alert environment
- Understanding of basic math
- Willingness to learn and grow in your trade
- Reliable transportation
North-South Seattle, WA
ScheduleMonday–Friday
Start Time: 6:00am–9:00am (project dependent). End Time: 3:00pm–6:00pm (project dependent).
