Civil Engineering, Site Manager
Amazon's Worldwide Grocery & Development, Physical Retail division is seeking a Construction Manager focused on base building improvements across our national grocery and retail portfolio. - Oversee scope development from assessment through closeout — including consultant coordination, bid levelling, permitting, and commissioning.
- Drive value engineering with a GC mindset identifying constructability issues, sequencing conflicts, and cost‑saving alternatives.
- Apply deep understanding of building construction methods, materials, and system interdependencies to inform project decisions.

- Track and report project budgets, schedules, and risk — escalating issues with data‑backed recommendations.
- Ensure contractor compliance with OSHA requirements, Amazon safety standards, and local building codes.

You should be comfortable making field decisions, reading drawings, challenging contractors, and owning outcomes.
