Project Engineer - Commercial Construction

Location: Seattle, WA

Salary: $85,000–$100,000 Base + Benefits

• Support Project Managers and Superintendents throughout all phases of construction.
• Assist with project documentation, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and meeting minutes.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, architects, engineers, and owners to keep projects moving forward.
• Track project schedules and help ensure milestones are met.
• Review construction drawings and specifications for completeness and accuracy.
• Maintain organized project records and ensure document control.
• Assist with procurement of materials and subcontractor coordination.
• Participate in jobsite visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety.
• Help identify and resolve project issues before they impact schedule or budget.

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in commercial construction as a Project Engineer, Field Engineer, or similar role.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, project documentation, and scheduling.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Procore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, or Microsoft Project is a plus.
• Eagerness to learn, collaborate, and grow within the organization.
• Base salary: $85,000–$100,000
