Position

Superintendent – Seattle, Washington

Job Overview

Immediate opportunity with Ryan Companies US, Inc. to join our Seattle team. Bring at least 10 years of successful on-site project management experience in construction and enjoy a fast, collaborative work environment.

Responsibilities
  • Manage subcontractor performance.
  • Develop and track CPM schedules.
  • Manage overall construction budgets and safety programs while training personnel.
  • Comprehend all design documents and review shop drawings.
  • Assist project team with material procurement and incorporate into master schedule.
  • Establish and monitor a quality control program.
  • Value‑engineer throughout projects.
  • Make sound choices and seek creative solutions to problems using all available resources.
  • Communicate and coordinate effectively with all project team members.
  • Travel for projects as needed.
Qualifications
  • At least 10 years of construction experience.
  • Post‑high‑school education or equivalent in the construction field.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to pass pre‑employment drug and alcohol tests.
  • Eligibility for verification of employment to work in the U.S.
  • Working knowledge of BIM and/or CAD and current building codes.
  • Experience creating and managing MS Project schedules.
  • Familiarity with construction market, especially Senior Living and Hospitality projects.
  • Ability to speak Spanish (a plus but not required).
