Construction Attorney | Data Centers

We're partnering with a rapidly growing digital infrastructure company to hire an experienced Construction Lawyer to support the legal delivery of large-scale data center development projects. This is a strategic, business-facing role working closely with construction, design, engineering, and delivery teams throughout the project lifecycle.

• Draft, review, and negotiate construction, design, engineering, procurement, and commercial agreements for data center developments
• Advise on contract strategy, risk allocation, and commercial issues across complex mission-critical projects
• Support construction claims, delays, change orders, and dispute resolution
• Partner with project stakeholders to provide practical, commercially focused legal advice
• Manage external legal counsel and help develop scalable legal processes and contract templates
• Deliver contract guidance and risk management support to internal teams

• 8+ years' experience in construction law
• Strong experience negotiating construction and commercial contracts for major infrastructure, industrial, or data center projects
• Proven expertise in construction risk management, claims, and change order administração
• Experience supporting owners, developers, or EPC/construction teams on complex developments
