ResponsibilitiesThe EHS Coordinator is an entry‑level position. The individual may report to a project‑based EHS Manager or be placed on a smaller project by themselves. They provide safety support and technical assistance to project teams and serve as an excellent role model for Skanska and subcontractor personnel. They support project teams in identifying and providing solutions for construction and environmental hazards, and must be a flexible, adaptable team player with strong communication and client‑service skills.
Qualifications- 1+ years of experience identifying safety hazards and recommending appropriate controls
- Strong written communication skills
- Proficiency with computer software including Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Power Point
- Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Environmental Health & Safety, Safety Management, Engineering, or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years prior relevant experience
- Salary Low: USD $68,425.00/Yr.
- Salary High: USD $97,000.00/Yr.
