Regulatory Compliance Specialist
FESCO Energy is seeking a Senior Project Manager - Federal/Military Construction to lead complex energy and infrastructure projects.
This role owns execution from kickoff through closeout, including scope, schedule, budget, subcontractors, documentation, safety coordination, customer communication, and change management. The right candidate is a disciplined builder and communicator who can keep Procore, schedules, forecasts, submittals, RFIs, change orders, and project records current and audit-ready.
Candidates should have 10+ years of construction project management experience, preferably on federal, military, mission-critical, electrical, mechanical, solar, microgrid, BESS, generator, controls, or design-build projects. OSHA 30, CQM, PMP, or CCM is preferred.
