Jansen in Seattle, WA is seeking an experienced Heavy Civil Estimator to join our estimating team, reporting to the Chief Estimator. This full-time, on-site role focuses on producing thorough base estimates for public works and heavy civil projects.
You will build crew-based cost models in HCSS Heavy Bid, develop baseline CPM schedules in Primavera P6, perform quantity takeoffs, and coordinate vendor quotes through bid-day closeout.
