We're looking for a Senior Project Manager who has spent a career proving that schedules are promises, budgets are sacred, and clients remember how you made them feel long after the space is turned over.

You'll lead complex commercial TI projects from preconstruction through closeout. You'll be the adult in the room, the one clients trust, teams follow, and executives rely on when the stakes are high and the timelines are tight.

You don't chase fires. You prevent them.

Own high visibility commercial TI projects with authority and accountability

Own scope, schedule, budget, and client relationships from day one

Coordinate architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams with precision

Drive preconstruction planning, buyout, and execution with discipline

Anticipate risk before it shows up on a cost report

Represent the company with confidence, clarity, and credibility

• 10 plus years of project management experience focused on commercial tenant improvement
• A proven track record delivering TI projects in occupied, fast paced environments
• Deep understanding of Seattle area construction practices and subcontractor markets
• Financial acumen. You know where every dollar goes and why
• Leadership presence. Calm under pressure, direct without being loud
