Your

Role

As a Senior Associate in our Structural Practice, you'll step into a role where your expertise drives project direction, client strategy, and technical excellence. • Drive new business and market presence through high-level proposal development, thought leadership, and visible industry engagement.
  • Shape firm strategy, developing your own business roadmap and advising senior leadership on opportunities, markets, and emerging trends.
  • Strengthen our position in the industry by deepening expertise, building your personal brand, and helping the firm expand into new opportunities.
What You'll Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil, Structural, or Architectural Engineering;
    Master's degree preferred.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) and/or Structural Engineer (SE) licensure.
  • 10+ years of structural engineering experience, with a track record of leading complex building projects across steel, concrete, timber, seismic design, tall buildings, and specialty structures.
  • Proven ability to build trusted client relationships, provide strategic guidance, drive business development, and contribute to the growth of your practice.
  • Leadership that inspires and guides teams through mentoring, empowerment, and effective communication, while actively growing your client-facing presence.
