We are hiring a Superintendent to oversee field execution of residential reconstruction projects following water and fire damage.
This person acts as the bridge between field crews and leadership
, ensuring jobs move forward efficiently, safely, and on schedule.
This is a hands-on leadership role
, but not a labor position—you are coordinating, directing, and solving problems, not doing the physical construction work.
- Oversee day-to-day field operations across multiple job sites
- Coordinate crews, subcontractors, materials, and inspections
- Ensure projects stay on schedule and meet quality standards
- Communicate progress, issues, and updates to the Project Director
- Attend job sites (~50% field / 50% office coordination)
- Identify and elevate risks, delays, or scope changes
- Maintain documentation, photos, and reporting
- 2–5+ years in construction, restoration, or field supervision
- Experience coordinating crews and managing job sites
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing and workflows
- Ability to operate in a fast-moving, high-volume environment
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to work overtime as needed
- Hourly: $35–$45/hr
- Overtime:
Consistent (~10 hrs/week typical) - Total comp: ~$100K–$120K+ depending on hours worked
