As Superintendent you will be the primary point of contact on the jobsite - the central link between the client, building management, project teams, and subcontractors. You will direct all field operations from start through final punch list, maintain the construction schedule, uphold the highest standards of workmanship, and represent the company professionally at every stage.

• Establish and maintain the construction schedule, identifying and resolving issues proactively
• Direct all field personnel and subcontractor activities through to punch list completion
• Order materials and coordinate all necessary inspections
• Promote jobsite safety and ensure compliance with company safety policy
• Maintain professional relationships with clients, contractors, suppliers, and colleagues
• Communicate project progress clearly to clients and internal leadership

• 8+ years of Class A TI superintendent experience
• Procore and Bluebeam proficiency
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Project, Excel, and Outlook
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organisational skills and a proactive, solutions-focused approach
• Professional presentation and conduct as a representative of the company
• Valid driver's licence required

• Base salary: $140,000 - $165,000 depending on experience
