Project Manager (Construction And Facilities)

Eagle Harbor, LLC a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC and a Federal Contracting leader is looking for a Project Manager (Construction and Facilities) in Seattle, WA. Responsibilities include managing budget, schedule and requirements of multiple concurrent construction projects, liaising between project managers, other government entities, CBP management, and other stakeholders, supporting project planning, quality, project financial, oversight and providing deliverables under the task order, developing scopes of work and project requirement packages for new projects, assisting government stakeholders to create and manage budgets and schedules and prioritize current and future year construction project plans for the program, resolving urgent or unforeseen issues that arise in construction projects related to funding, coordination, and any construction issues, providing risk management and managing contingency execution, and reporting on project progress, issues and resolutions.

Requirements include being a US Citizen, passing a pre-employment background check, being eligible to obtain and maintain, or currently possess US Customs Background Investigation clearance, having a Bachelor's degree in a technical or construction related field (or equivalent experience), having ten plus years related work experience, proven ability to perform in a lead capacity, being a motivated self-starter, having excellent written and oral communications skills, familiarity of industry practices and regulations, DHS experience is preferred, but not required, and having exceptional communication, analytical and organizational skills.
