Required
Skills & Experience:
10+ years managing construction projects (single-family and/or multifamily builds). Strong understanding of construction methods and engineering principles. Experience owning project scope, schedule, and budget end-to-end. Proficient in Microsoft Project (scheduling, planning, tracking). Experience with cloud-based construction management tools (e.g., Autodesk Construction Cloud). Strong communication skills and ability to synthesize project data across teams. Knowledge of residential construction safety practices and compliance.
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint). Valid driver's license and ability to travel to job sites as needed.

Skills & Experience:
Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Manufacturing. Experience using collaboration tools like Microsoft Teams. Exposure to sustainable building practices and certification processes. Ability and interest in adopting new construction technologies. Continuous improvement mindset (training, workshops, staying current on industry trends).
Job Description:
The Construction Project Manager is responsible for leading both pre-construction planning and on-site execution to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards. This role develops project plans, manages bidding and contractor selection, and oversees all project documentation including contracts, permits, drawings, and change orders.
They maintain full ownership of project scope, schedule, and budget, while managing subcontractor relationships, ensuring quality control, and driving overall project delivery. The role also includes mentoring Site Superintendents, maintaining strong client and stakeholder relationships, and ensuring site safety and compliance.
Additionally, the Project Manager supports sustainability initiatives, manages certification processes, collaborates with internal teams, and identifies opportunities to improve efficiency through new technologies and construction practices.
