We are currently seeking a professional Estimator with healthcare/life sciences experience to join their team. This is an amazing opportunity for candidates looking to advance their career with a reputable company in the construction industry.
Estimator Responsibilities:
Analyze blueprints and other documentation to prepare time, cost, materials, and labor estimates. Collaborate with subcontractors and vendors to secure competitive pricing for projects. Prepare and submit accurate bids to clients. Maintain and update cost databases and project schedules. Evaluate completed projects to compare estimated costs to actual costs.

Essential Job Functions:
Strong analytical and mathematical skills. Excellent attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Effective communication and negotiation skills. Proficiency in construction estimating software.
Estimator
Skills:
Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or related field. 3+ years of experience as an Estimator in the construction industry. Knowledge of construction materials, methods, and processes. Understanding of building codes and regulations. Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and estimating software.
