- Lead complex Energy Services Performance Contracting (ESPC) & Design-Build construction projects ($5M+) across WA State.
- Manage full project life cycles—from pre-construction and subcontracts to Procore docs, budgeting, and final closeout.
- Oversee job site safety (OSHA/WISHA), critical path schedules in MS Project, and client/inspector relations.
- Proven track record executing multi-million dollar S&C & MEP renovations in public-sector (MUSH) markets.
- Strong leadership in cost control, change management, and building long-term client relationships.
- Valid driver's license and excellent technical communication skills.
- Bachelor's in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years of Construction Project Management experience.
- Familiarity with HVAC, controls, renewables (PV/BESS), and IPMVP savings verification.
