VCC is seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead ground-up multifamily projects from mobilization through completion in Seattle, WA. This role drives safety, schedule, quality and cost control on each jobsite.
You’ll bring at least 5 years of supervision on large commercial builds, oversee $20M+ multifamily projects, and be willing to travel as required. A valid driver’s license and strong leadership are essential.
