Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team in Washington As the Construction Project Manager you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects from start to finish This includes coordinating with subcontractors managing project timelines and budgets and ensuring all work is completed in accordance with safety standards and building codes

• Plan organize and oversee construction projects from start to finish
• Collaborate with architects engineers and other professionals to develop project plans
• Source and manage subcontractors for various aspects of the project
• Develop and manage project timelines and budgets
• Ensure all work is completed in accordance with safety standards and building codes
• Monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to keep projects on track
• Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project status
• Conduct site visits to ensure quality control and address any issues that may arise
• Prepare regular reports on project progress for management

• Bachelors degree in Construction Management or related field
• Minimum of 5 years experience as a Construction Project Manager or similar role
• In-depth knowledge of construction processes building codes safety regulations and project management principles
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team of subcontractors
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in project management software
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Salary $1700 per month negotiable based on experience
