- Support multiple construction management projects
- Document work and administer contracts
- Analyze schedules and estimate construction costs
- Support civil and environmental design projects
- Ensure construction materials and methods conform to company, industry, and regulatory standards, specifications, and requirements
- Support construction oversight, inspection, and monitoring activities
- Document contractor daily activities and inspections
- Perform air monitoring, water quality monitoring, and/or environmental sample collection
- Track submittals, RFIs, and other project documentation
- Assist with change orders, cost estimates, engineering analysis, cost-benefit analysis, and schedule impacts
- Work closely with construction management teams to support project needs
- Manage document control procedures
- Track compliance with project-specific permits
- Perform field inspection and oversight
- Travel to project sites
- Experience as an engineer and/or construction inspector
- BS degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Engineering Technology
- Minimum 2+ years’ experience in engineering or construction
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Project)
- Proficiency with project scheduling and evaluating schedules and schedule updates
- Strong communication skills and ability to be part of a team
- Ability to travel to project sites
- Employment contingent upon satisfactory results of a comprehensive background check
Demonstrates expertise in construction management, including project oversight, contract administration, and compliance with regulatory standards. Proficient in engineering analysis, cost estimation, and project scheduling to ensure successful project execution.
