Creative Producer, Video and Photography, Operations Internal Communications at Amazon Seattle, WA

Amazon is looking for an innovative videographer to join its Operations Internal Communications (OIC) team. We are building a dynamic internal newsroom telling compelling and engaging stories of our 1 million employees at the heart of global Amazons Operations. Joining our team provides a unique opportunity to help inform and engage Amazon employees spanning across the entire organization.

• On-site camera operations
• Directing production vendors
• Editing video and photography assets
• Creative ideation
• Writing creative briefs

As a Creative Producer no two days are ever the same. One morning might kick off with an on-location shoot while the next could be filled with creating storyboards, scripting narratives, or collaborating with cross-functional partners to shape a brand-new campaign. From scouting grocery locations to sitting in the editing suite crafting a new piece about drone delivery the work spans the full spectrum of creative production.

The Operations Internal Communications team comes to work each day to obsess over the Amazonian experience. • Experience working at or with a creative or advertising agency, network, streaming service, or studio
• Experience working with stakeholders
• Experience overseeing all creative aspects of development, production, and post-production
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative software primarily Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop/Indesign at an advanced level
• Experience prioritizing and handling multiple assignments at any given time while maintaining commitment to deadlines
• 4 years of creative services experience
• Experience and understanding of the workflow within a marketing production or creative department or company
• Experience working on or with large-scale global creative campaigns
• Experience with motion design
• Experience with asset management design workflows or partnering with creative teams
• Still photography skills

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign‑on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications and location.
