Coordinator, Business Development

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Creating capabilities and pitch presentations, with a mix of pre-existing content and bespoke pitch content created by members of the team – including content the coordinator themselves will create
• Supporting written proposal submissions, including pulling together existing content, writing content themselves, and editing what others have written – ranging from a light touch, to catching typos, to more significant massaging of content that’s come from various different people into a coherent narrative and voice – helping to articulate the pitch storyline
• Coordinating contributions and feedback on proposals, consolidating changes for review and refining the narrative
• Supporting the team as they define the structure, scope, duration, and staffing of projects (you don’t have to be a scoping pro, but it’s great for you to get exposure and support the team as they define our solution)
• Executing knowledge management strategy, ensuring commonly used proposal/presentation materials are organized, current, and meeting a common standard
• Conducting market research to help pitch teams better understand potential clients, their business and areas of opportunity, and how our pitch will contribute to driving wider value
• Redesigning presentations to have a consistent look-and-feel, leveraging existing templates and styles
• Supporting the BD Team in various housekeeping items around code opening, pipeline maintenance, and paperwork – but you won’t be doing anyone’s expenses or getting anyone coffee
• Working across the full spectrum of experience strategy, design, and creative services, with a focus on CX/UX/Product Design opportunities, generally coming through existing Infosys client relationships

• A degree in a relevant discipline, such as marketing, English, communications, or business
• Internship experience in a professional services organization a plus; creative agency experience a big plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong editorial and proofreading skills
• Attention to detail is absolutely critical
• Familiarity with Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel required

Salary range: $58,000-$66,000 hourly. You’ll also receive a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision insurance paid in full, 401K with company match, extended holidays, flexible summer hours, and volunteer time off, among others.
