This role requires both technical mastery and strong creative judgment. A successful candidate knows how to maintain the integrity of original photography while improving clarity, tone, and visual impact. The Photo Retoucher will manage projects from asset intake through final delivery, often with minimal oversight. The ability to balance speed with excellence is essential in a fast-moving production environment.

Experience with AI-assisted imaging and post-production workflows is also important.
