Ravensburger’s Trading Card Game Studio is growing! We are seeking an Art Coordinator to support the Art department by managing the day‑to‑day flow of creative work across all TCG workflows. In this role, you will help keep projects organized, on track, and running smoothly by monitoring timelines, maintaining documentation, and facilitating communication between the art team and key cross‑functional partners.
This position acts as an operational partner to the art team by helping manage assets, schedules, feedback, and review workflows across physical and digital card products. It is an excellent opportunity for someone who is highly organized, collaborative, and enthusiastic about creative production to build project management experience in a fast‑paced, artist‑focused environment.
Primary Responsibilities- Support the Creative Manager and art team in planning, coordinating, and tracking assigned projects for physical and digital trading card game products.
- Assist with day‑to‑day coordination across key stages of the art production pipeline which may include:
- Project setup, schedule tracking, and milestone planning
- Creative review recaps, asset routing, and feedback tracking
- Lead and assist in cross‑functional coordination with design, narrative, and production. Handle internal approvals, production handoffs, and deadline management
- Ensure project information, assets, schedules, and status updates are organized, accurate, and communicated clearly to stakeholders.
- Maintain project trackers, schedules, status reports, and documentation for assigned creative initiatives. Track milestones, due dates, feedback cycles, approvals, and open action items to help keep art production on schedule. Organize and maintain creative assets, reference files, meeting notes, and supporting records in approved systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Communications, Design, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience in project coordination, team support, administrative operations, or creative production environments preferred.
- Familiarity with collaboration and project management tools such as Microsoft 365, Teams, Excel, and task tracking platforms.
- Experience or interest in games, collectibles, publishing, or trading card games is a plus.
