• Implement innovative solutions to streamline production processes and enhance overall design quality.

• 4+ years of design and production experience, particularly in fast-paced environments.
• Strong portfolio showcasing excellence in composition and visual design.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, with a solid understanding of design principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
• Strong time management abilities with a knack for prioritizing tasks in a dynamic setting.

• Experience in motion graphics and video editing.
• Knowledge of HTML and CSS, along with web architecture and usability principles.
• Photography and photo editing skills to enhance visual storytelling.
• Background in agency environments that foster creativity and innovation.
