* + Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

+ 8 years of experience in product design or UX, with a focus on hybrid visual and motion design.

+

Experience with 3D design tools or motion graphics software.

+ Include a portfolio, website, or any other relevant link to your work in your resume.

* Preferred qualifications:

* + Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field.

+ 12 years of experience in product design or UX, specializing in high-fidelity motion and visual storytelling.

+ Proficiency in Rive, After Effects, Spline, or Cinema 4D to build immersive 3D prototypes and virtual concepts.

+ Experience using Generative AI for creative concepting and asset generation to expand design workflows.

+ Ability to lead through mastery of craft and foster a culture of creativity across the design team.
