The OpportunityThe Product UI Designer will play a key role in designing the user interface (UI) for AKASA’s healthcare software products. You will work closely with product designers, product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to create intuitive and visually appealing UIs that meet the needs of healthcare professionals.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement the visual design language for AKASA’s products
- Conduct user research to understand the needs of healthcare providers
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers on product development
- Create mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs
- Ensure UI designs are feasible for implementation and meet accessibility standards
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and incorporate feedback
- Bachelor’s degree in design, graphics, human-computer interaction, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience designing UIs for software applications, ideally in enterprise software
- Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Experience with JIRA (a plus)
