We're seeking a Associate Creative Director who will serve as creative lead on individual projects, small and large, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams including visual, motion, 3D, editors, copywriters and in partnership with other discipline leads (Account, PM, Strategy) to determine overall direction of their projects under your care.

YOUR ROLE

With your expertise, you will:

  • Brainstorm and concept independently and within a greater team to create compelling stories
  • Explore a wide range of creative possibilities and ideas, including your own
  • Lead project teams to create evocative solutions that solve the project brief
  • Translate client briefs into creative concepts that align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives
  • Collaborate closely with copywriters, motion designers, producers, strategists, and developers, guiding their progress to deliver cohesive creative output
  • Maintain consistency of design, voice and motion across all touchpoints
  • Communicate your ideas clearly with the broader team
  • Constructively critique your team’s work with clear, unvarnished feedback
  • Lead client presentations and articulate creative rationale confidently
  • Ensure final deliverables are production-ready and meet quality standards
  • Stay current on industry trends, tools, and techniques to bring fresh ideas to the team
  • Be responsible for project timelines and your team’s reputation for always-on reliability.
YOUR EXPERIENCE
  • 8-10 years of proven agency experience
  • Portfolio of related work
  • Passion for design and critical thinking
  • Hands‑on experience with image editing and digital sketching software, including Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, and the Adobe Creative Suite
  • Strong abilities in presentation platforms like PowerPoint and Figma Slides
  • Strong aesthetic sensibility with the ability to combine colors, fonts, and layouts effectively
  • Self‑starter who can manage deadlines while contributing to team projects
  • Exceptional attention to visual detail
