Position Overview

The Photo Studio Operations Manager drives the end-to-end execution of high-volume creative production across the studio. This role ensures that people, processes, and systems are aligned to meet production demand efficiently and at scale, while maintaining high standards for quality, consistency, and turnaround time. They oversee daily and weekly workload planning for photographers, editors, and studio resources, partnering closely with producers and creative leadership to forecast resources, optimize capacity, and balance competing priorities across both high-volume and bespoke creative work.

This includes collaborating with other internal system owners (e.g., Bynder) to support stable API integrations and seamless data flow across Stanley 1913's technology ecosystem.
