How you’ll have an impact at Paula’s Choice:

Our creative team is the visual driving force behind the customer experience at point of sale. When you join our design team, you will collaborate with specific partners in the retail channel and become an expert in that channel to optimize results.

As a Retail & Experiential Graphic Designer, a typical day might include a mix of the following:

  • Develop and oversee graphics from design to production relating to visual merchandising, event and field education graphics that are aligned with Paula’s Choice visual expression across multiple fixture and feature areas within our wholesale channels.
  • Produce different iterations of the approved art direction applied to various proportions and following retailer and brand guidelines.
  • Work closely with creative team on campaign development and execute to consistent standards.
  • Strategize and communicate closely with internal Wholesale partners to optimize and redesign new and existing collateral.
  • Adapt and utilize templates to create files that can be prepared for print production.
  • Present to internal management; addressing feedback with solution‑based creative thinking.
  • Provide design support as needed to cross‑functional teams.
  • Streamline processes to increase productivity and quality of executions.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned by your manager.
