Job Description & How to Apply Below
About The Role
The UX Designer will shape end-to-end experiences for web and mobile products, translating complex workflows, data, and platform capabilities into interfaces that are clear, efficient, and accessible. The role covers discovery, interaction design, prototyping, visual systems, and collaboration with engineering through implementation.
This designer will work closely with product managers, UX researchers, and front-end engineers to define problems, test concepts with users, and deliver production-ready experiences in Figma. The work will influence navigation, information architecture, design-system components, and measurable product outcomes across responsive and native platforms.
Key Responsibilities- Translate user research, product requirements, analytics, and technical constraints into user flows, information architecture, wireframes, and high-fidelity interface designs
- Create and maintain interactive prototypes in Figma to validate complex workflows, responsive layouts, and interaction patterns before development
- Partner with UX researchers to plan usability studies, synthesize findings, and convert observed behavior into prioritized design improvements
- Extend and apply design-system components, documenting states, accessibility requirements, responsive behavior, and usage guidance for engineering teams
- Collaborate with product managers and front-end engineers from discovery through delivery, clarifying specifications and resolving implementation tradeoffs
- Present design rationale to cross-functional stakeholders using customer evidence, prototypes, and measurable product goals
- Review implemented experiences in staging and production, identify visual or interaction gaps, and drive refinements through release
- 3–6 years of professional UX or product design experience, including ownership of shipped web or mobile experiences
- Strong proficiency with Figma, including component libraries, auto layout, prototyping, design tokens, and developer-ready specifications
- Demonstrated experience designing responsive interfaces, complex workflows, dashboards, or SaaS product experiences from discovery through launch
- Solid understanding of interaction design, information architecture, visual hierarchy, accessibility standards such as WCAG, and usability principles
- Experience partnering with UX researchers, product managers, engineers, and data or analytics teams in an agile product development environment
- Portfolio demonstrating clear problem framing, iterative design decisions, shipped work, and measurable outcomes; bachelor’s degree in interaction design, human-computer interaction, psychology, or a related field preferred
- Bonus:
Experience with native iOS or Android patterns, design-system governance, HTML/CSS, analytics tools such as Amplitude or Looker, and experimentation or A/B testing
