Role Description

As a Service Advisor, you are the vital link between our customers and our technicians. You’ll ensure every client receives clear communication, accurate estimates, and a seamless service experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the face of the shop - you'll be one of the first people customers speak with.
  • Answer incoming calls and schedule service appointments
  • Listen carefully to customers’ concerns and accurately document vehicle symptoms
  • Prepare competitive, transparent repair estimates and clearly explain recommended services
  • Communicate repair timelines and set clear expectations
  • Enter detailed visit information into our database with accuracy and completeness
  • Ensure technicians fully understand customer concerns through clear repair order documentation
  • Verify warranty and insurance coverage; obtain customer authorization before repairs
  • Coordinate parts ordering and communicate with vendors regarding delivery timelines
  • Accurately document billing information and technician labor hours
  • Collaborate with team members to deliver a timely, positive, and professional repair experience
  • Review all documentation for accuracy prior to customer payment
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Service Advisor (automotive industry preferred)
  • Strong understanding of automotive systems and repair processes
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong computer skills and ability to conduct online research
  • Financial awareness with the ability to meet performance metrics
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
