Woodland Park Zoo

SALARY & FLSA: $21.74-$ 23.75 per hour; FLSA non-exempt

$21.74 -$23.75 per hour is the pay range for this job classification. Every temporary Admissions employee is placed at the first step of the job classification's pay range, which is $21.74 per hour. Temporary staff are not eligible to earn more than the Step 1 payrate, which may be adjusted annually.

DEPARTMENT: Admissions & Guest Services

This position will work an average of 20hours per week (.5 FTE). Employees may work as few as 10 hours per week and as much as 29 hours per week, depending on operational need. Employees will have two set and consecutive days off per week.

This position is expected to begin April 15,2026 and is anticipated to end September 15, 2026.

The anticipated shifts will be between 8:00 am and 9:00 pm and will mainly be 4 or 8 hours long depending on operational need. Candidates with the ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays are strongly preferred.

Admissions Attendant:
This position directly supports all things guest entry.

Guest Services Attendant:
The position directly supports on ground paid experiences like the Carousel, and VR.
