If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love connecting with people, and enjoy bringing events to life from start to finish — this role is for you.

• Plan, coordinate, and execute events from start to finish
• Lead and host birthday parties, Parent Survival Nights, member appreciation events, and more
• Create a fun, welcoming, and high-energy atmosphere for kids and families
• Manage event timelines, set-up, clean-up, and team coordination
• Communicate clearly with families before, during, and after events
• Ensure every event runs smoothly and exceeds expectations

• Outgoing, sociable, and confident leading groups
• High energy with a positive, can‑do attitude
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to think on your feet and problem‑solve in the moment
• Team player who can also take initiative and lead independently

• Friday–Sunday availability required
• Some weekday opportunities may be available
• Hours will vary based on the number of events booked and scheduled

The Little Gym is the world’s premier enrichment and physical development center for children ages 4 months through 12 years. Programs offer children a Springboard to Life’s Adventures by using movement-based learning and imaginative play to help build the confidence and skills needed at each stage of childhood.

For over 40 years, our trained instructors have nurtured happy, confident kids through parent/child classes, gymnastics, dance and enjoyable extras like camps, Parents’ Survival Nights, skill clinics and Awesome Birthday Bash parties. Once you become a part of The Little Gym squad, you will be part of a team dedicated to the growth and development of children all over the globe.

All associated locations are independently owned and operated by a franchisee. Your application will go directly to the franchise Somersault Operating, and all hiring decisions will be made by the management of that Somersault Operating.
