Job Overview
Strategic Customer Representative
The primary function of the Strategic Customer Representative is to increase market share within a select group of customers and high‑profile job sites. This will be accomplished by increasing product awareness, improving the efficiency of the corporate account office, evaluating new potential customers, and managing corporate accounts. The position also serves as a mentor/liaison for the overall go‑to‑market sales strategy for the assigned area, coordinating efforts between the PCM, DM, RSD, and RVP.
Key Responsibilities- Increase product awareness and customer engagement to drive market share growth.
- Evaluate potential customers for the program and manage the corporate accounts office.
- Serve as a mentor/liaison for the strategic sales strategy, coordinating efforts among team members.
- Minimum 4 years of previous sales management experience.
- Customer service experience required.
- Knowledge of different phases of construction, equipment applications, features, benefits, operation, and specifications.
- Computer literate, including Windows, Adobe Acrobat, and Microsoft Office suite.
- Physical demands: bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 25 pounds or more, and working indoors/outdoors as required.
Base pay range: $80,727.00 – $. Total compensation includes base pay, company vehicle, and a robust commission plan.
