Job Description

REN has an immediate opening for an experienced Concierge. The Concierge plays a critical role in our success. Organizes, coordinates, and implements resident services and programs and acts as an information source for residents related to local market resources.

Schedule:

Wednesday–Sunday.

Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service and greet prospects and residents.
  • Answer phone calls and route to appropriate team member.
  • Maintain guest suite schedule ensuring payment and cleanliness.
  • Ensure clubhouse amenities are in touring condition each morning.
  • Keep detailed information on local area restaurants, shops, delivery places and maintain relationships with concierge vendors.
  • Assist with scheduling, planning and organizing resident activities and programs.
  • Manage package deliveries, document arrival information, and notify residents within 24 hours.
  • Maintain tracking logs for equipment rentals, dry cleaning services, and other services.
  • Assist community team with move‑in and move‑out scheduling.
Qualifications
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to interact with a diverse group of people.
  • Professional appearance and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of the neighborhood to assist residents and guests.
  • Proficiency in using computers, internet and basic software.
Physical Demands
  • Stand, walk, sit for extended periods; bend, stoop, climb ladders, reach, lift and carry objects, and crawl in confined areas.
  • Work inside and outside in all weather conditions.
  • Push, pull, lift and carry up to 25 lbs independently and up to 50 lbs with assistance.
  • Travel may be required to assist other properties, attend training or meetings.
  • Work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
Compensation & Benefits

The hourly range for this position is $22.00 – $26.00.

Benefits for Part‑time Team Members include: 401(k) with company match (eligibility required), Employee Assistance Program, Paid sick time.

Additional compensation may include participation in quarterly or annual bonus programs for corporate positions or weekly, monthly or quarterly bonus programs for onsite property positions.
