The City of Seattle is looking for a Program Intake Representative to assist clients with the Utility Discount Program. In this role, you will help determine client eligibility and work in a call center environment.
Qualified candidates should possess an Associate’s degree and have at least 2 years of customer-facing experience. Strong problem-solving and communication skills are essential for success in this customer service-oriented position.
This is a full-time hybrid position, typically working Monday to Friday from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm.
