Healthcare Claim Analyst (Provider Side)
Location: 100% Remote (U.S. only)
Duration: 5–6 Month Contract (High chance of extension)
Shift: Late shift preferred (PST / MST / CST candidates ideal)
Job SummaryWe are seeking a Provider Services / Claims Analyst to support inbound and outbound calls from healthcare providers and members. This role focuses on claims support, eligibility & benefits, and provider relations in a fast‑paced, remote call‑center environment.
Key Responsibilities- Handle inbound calls related to claims, eligibility & benefits, and provider inquiries
- Assist with claim status, reprocessing, billing questions, and EOB requests
- Support provider contract and demographic update requests
- Make occasional outbound calls for follow‑ups and issue resolution
- Use multiple systems to ensure accurate information and first‑call resolution
- Escalate complex issues to internal teams when required
- Customer service or call center experience (healthcare preferred)
- Claims, billing, or provider services experience is a plus
- Strong communication, multitasking, and problem‑solving skills
- Comfortable working in a structured, queue‑based environment
- Strong computer, typing, and time‑management skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting

- Post‑Training: 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM CST / 11:30 AM – 8:00 PM EST
