As a Customer Support Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for customers, resolving enquiries with a friendly, professional manner and a strong problem-solving approach. The role is shift-based, covering 37.5-hours per week, including evenings, weekends and bank holidays, with hybrid working (three days in the office, two from home) after a successful probation. It suits someone confident in handling issues independently before escalating, who enjoys helping people and has a genuine interest in sports betting.
Responsibilities
* Act as the first point of contact for customers, handling enquiries across live chat, email and telephone with a friendly, professional manner.
* Resolve customer issues efficiently, confidently dealing with problems before escalating where appropriate.
* Provide clear, accurate information to customers on products, accounts and services.
* Maintain a high standard of written and verbal communication at all times.
* Work effectively as part of a close-knit, shift-based team covering extended hours, including evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
* Deliver a consistently positive customer experience that reflects the brand's standards.
Requirements
* Experience handling enquiries via live chat, email and telephone.
* A strong problem solver, confident in resolving issues independently before escalation.
* Good telephone manner, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
* A genuine interest in sport; an understanding of betting is highly desirable.
* Comfortable working a flexible shift pattern, including evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
* A reliable team player who thrives in a customer-focused environment.
