Incorporated in 2004, our company seeks to efficiently elevate the experience of valued patrons and guests served by our contractees exclusively within the hospitality, travel, and tourism industries.

Customer Service Agents will service SEA airport’s Terminal checkpoints and the International Arrivals Facility by seeking out opportunities to guide, support, and inform all passengers, visitors, and airport employees. Our core emphasis when performing the role is great customer service!

• Wayfinding lost travelers.
• Organizing queues.
• Assisting customers with processes.
• Redirecting attention to changing procedures.
• Guiding groups to faster alternatives.
• Reporting facility or stakeholder issues to ensure a positive experience for all.
• Communicating daily operation changes via radio system.
• Giving feedback and serving as a point of contact within your area when positioned.

• Ability to stand or be mobile for 8 hours per day.
• Ability to obtain an airport SIDA badge and/or Custom & Border Patrol seal.

• High school diploma or equivalent and either one (1) year of customer service experience at a medium to large hub airport or two or more (2+) years of customer service experience in another setting.
• Bilingual or multilingual skills in languages commonly spoken in the region or used in business interactions with guests and stakeholders (e.g., Spanish, Mandarin, Cantonese, Farsi, Hindi) preferred.

• Selected applicants will start at a minimum of $20.74 per hour.

• Parking pass eligibility with company coverage of all related payments for qualifying team members.

• Shift schedules currently available: 3 am–11:30 am, 3:45 am–12 pm, & 11:30 am–8 pm.

• Must provide documentation to prove employment authorization and obtain clearance for an airport ‑offer of employment.

Pay Range: $20.74–$22.00 per hour (SEA‑TAC Airport)
