Customer Service Rep, Bilingual
Polestar Bellevue, a dealership part of the O'Brien Auto Group, is looking to add Polestar Concierge positions to our growing team in Seattle, WA 98188. Position type:
Full Time.
We are seeking candidates who are friendly, articulate, enthusiastic, and self‑motivated team players that demonstrate outstanding communication skills, maintain a positive attitude, and provide an excellent work ethic in all responsibilities. Training will be provided; prior relevant experience such as automotive sales, finance, and/or service advising would be helpful.

As a Polestar Concierge, you will learn the Polestar product and be proficient in completing all vehicle transactions from test drives, vehicle orders, documentation, credit approvals and finance funding, to setting service, warranty, and maintenance appointments for Polestar vehicle owners.
Retail HoursMonday - Friday: 8am – 7pm
Saturday: 9am – 7pm
Sundays: 10am – 5pm (hours subject to change based on location retail hours).
Salary: $21.65 per hour plus bonus. All employees are subject to eligibility requirements. We offer the following benefits:

- Greet all guests and assist with test drives and inquiries on Polestar products.
- Verify customer eligibility, driver’s license, insurance, and required documentation.
- Review purchase options with guest.
- Prepare and process documents for purchase, which includes working with lenders on behalf of your guests.
- Prepare vehicle for delivery.
- Set service, warranty, and/or maintenance appointments.
- Arrange vehicle cleaning, maintenance, or repairs as needed.
- Maintain organized records and ensure compliance with dealership policies.
- Provide clear instructions and guidance to guests.
- Deliver a professional, courteous, and customer‑focused experience.
- Be prompt for work and appointments; being punctual is essential.
- Keep a neat and clean appearance at all times.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
- Maintain regular attendance.
- Work in a cooperative, positive and professional manner with all personnel in the company.
- Treat members of the public and customers in a courteous and non‑discriminatory manner and maintain professional demeanor while at work.

Frequent twisting and/or turning of trunk, reaching, and handling of objects, intermittent standing, walking and sitting, infrequent stooping, kneeling, crouching, and lifting of 10lbs or less.
