Client Services Associate

Job Summary We are seeking a Client Services Associate for a direct hire opportunity in Seattle, WA within the financial services industry. • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, providing timely, professional, and accurate support.
• Manage client account documentation, updates, and communications to ensure a seamless service experience.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs, resolve issues, and support follow‑through on requests.
• Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and client‑facing materials.
• Identify opportunities to improve the client experience and strengthen long‑term relationships.
• Maintain organized records and support day‑to‑day client service operations with attention to detail.

• Salary range: $48,932 to $60,996 per year.
