Concierge

As a Concierge in Washington DC your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service to our clients. Your role will be to assist guests with their inquiries and requests ensuring that they have a memorable and enjoyable experience during their stay.

• Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check‑in process
• Provide information about local attractions, restaurants and events
• Make reservations for dining tours and other activities
• Arrange transportation services for guests
• Handle guest complaints or issues promptly and professionally
• Keep track of guest preferences and maintain guest profiles
• Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest requests
• Ensure the lobby area is clean and presentable at all times

• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality industry preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast‑paced environment
• Great attention to detail and problem‑solving skills
• Knowledge of the local area and attractions is a plus
