Responsibilities:
* Provide customer support via phone, live chat, and email.
* Manage and resolve complex customer queries from initial contact through to resolution.
* Review and approve customer withdrawal requests in line with internal procedures.
* Process and verify KYC (Know Your Customer) documentation accurately and efficiently.
* Conduct security and compliance checks to protect customers and the business.
* Maintain clear and accurate records of customer interactions and account activity.
* Support the team by carrying out relevant ad hoc tasks as required.
Requirements:
* Fluency (written and spoken) in at least one of the following languages:
Danish, Finnish, Swedish, or Norwegian.
* Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities.
* Comfortable working shift patterns, including occasional night shifts.
* Interest in using AI tools to improve efficiency and workflow.
* Previous experience in customer service is advantageous but not essential.
* Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
* Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team environment.
