If so, Pacific Aviation wants YOU on our team as an Airline Customer Service Agent at the Seattle – Tacoma International Airport.
Your Role in the Passenger’s Journey- Welcome and assist passengers through check‑in, boarding, and arrival processes.
- Accurately review travel documents and issue boarding passes.
- Offer bilingual assistance to travelers with questions or concerns.
- Communicate clearly with passengers, coworkers, and airline staff.
- Help maintain a smooth flow of operations in the terminal.
- Ensure compliance with airline procedures and safety standards.
- Contribute to a team that thrives on cooperation, respect, and high‑quality service.
- Exceptional customer‑service skills – thrive in face‑to‑face interactions and create a welcoming experience for all passengers.
- Strong attention to detail – ensure all travel documents, procedures, and protocols are accurate and followed.
- Team‑player mentality – work well with others and contribute to a positive, collaborative environment.
- Tech‑savvy and organized – quickly learn airline systems and efficiently manage tasks.
- Professionalism and problem‑solving skills – handle challenges with patience, empathy, and quick thinking.
4‑5 hour shifts available for the following time slot:
- 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM.
- Must be available to work at least 4 days per week, including weekends and holidays.
- Must be able to work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
- English + Japanese.
- Hourly pay rate: $21.00.
