Park Concierge

If you like working outside and have an innate skill for customer service, Associated Recreation Council (ARC) has a role for you as a Park Concierge working in Seattle's beautiful parks. This role boasts a competitive salary and outstanding benefits including 100% employer-paid medical, dental, and vision coverage.

• 5 days per week, Monday – Sunday. Hours 10:00am – 6:30pm
• June through September: 10:00am – 6:30pm, plus evening events.
• October: 10:00am – 5:30pm, plus evening events.
• November through March: 10:00am – 4:30pm, plus an event or two.
• April and May: 10:00am – 5:30pm, plus an event or two.

Downtown and surrounding parks; including Ballard Commons, City Hall, Hing Hay Park, Denny Park, and Pioneer Square Park.

• Act as an information guide, answering questions about city destinations and events.
• Assist with program and event management including set-up and take-down.
• Ensure event areas are clean and free of debris prior to scheduled event/activation and before departing the park.
• De-escalate and redirect when issues arise with park patrons.

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must be willing to work outside year-round.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check.

$26.88 per hour
