Position Overview
As a Guest Services Teammate, you will help create an inclusive and memorable experience for all guests that enter Lumen Field and the Event Center. The Guest Services team consists of positive individuals that are passionate about helping others in a high‑energy environment. Responsibilities can vary by event and include greeting, ushering, ticket scanning and customer service.

Union InformationThis role is represented by Teamsters 117 and union membership is required upon hire.
Event EligibilityThis is an event‑based position; therefore, you are only eligible to work a shift if our stadium is hosting an event. Lumen Field and Event Center is a world‑class sports and entertainment venue. The stadium is home to the NFL’s Seattle Seahawks, MLS’s Seattle Sounders FC, NWSL’s Seattle Reign FC, premier concerts at the stadium and WAMU Theater and many other events and consumer shows.
First & Goal Inc. has served as the private operator of the stadium since its construction in 2002.

- Provide customer service and problem resolution

- Experience and adaptability to using tablets, computers and touch screen technology
- Excellent customer service skills
- Outgoing and approachable personality
- Ability to communicate effectively while maintaining professional composure under pressure
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English
- Must have continual reliable access to email and a computer/smart phone to update availability, check schedules and read event information
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time (unless physically unable to stand)
- Ability to walk up and down stairs and maintain balance while assisting guests
- Must be able to work both indoors and outdoors which can be subject to inclement weather
- Open availability to work nights, weekends and holidays as dictated by the event schedule
- Shifts range between 4 – 8 hours on average
